Welcome to GrabJet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our private jet booking platform and services. By accessing or using GrabJet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking a flight through GrabJet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
GrabJet is a platform that connects travelers with verified private jet operators. Our services include:
- Facilitating quote requests for private jet charters
- Providing access to empty leg flight deals
- Coordinating bookings between users and aircraft operators
- Offering concierge services including catering, ground transportation, and VIP handling
- Managing itinerary updates and customer support
Important: GrabJet is a booking platform and marketplace. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are provided by third-party certified operators.
3. User Eligibility
To use GrabJet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Booking Process
Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request:
- You will receive curated aircraft options based on your requirements
- Quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on final details
- Quote requests do not constitute a binding agreement
Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes binding when:
- You accept a quote and provide payment authorization
- The operator confirms aircraft availability
- You receive a written confirmation from GrabJet
Itinerary Changes
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to operator approval and may incur additional fees. Contact our concierge team immediately if you need to modify your itinerary.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as specified during booking.
Payment Schedule
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the operator's terms.
Currency
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply.
Additional Charges
You are responsible for any additional charges including but not limited to: fuel surcharges, landing fees, overnight crew expenses, catering, ground transportation, and taxes.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by operator and are specified in your booking confirmation. Generally:
- More than 72 hours before departure: May be eligible for partial refund (minus processing fees)
- 48-72 hours before departure: Typically 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before departure: Usually non-refundable
- No-show: No refund
Force majeure events (weather, mechanical issues, government restrictions) may result in rescheduling or refunds at the operator's discretion.
7. User Responsibilities
As a user of GrabJet, you agree to:
- Provide accurate passenger information, including names matching government-issued IDs
- Arrive at the departure location at the specified time
- Comply with all aviation security regulations and customs requirements
- Provide valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for international flights
- Respect aircraft property and crew instructions
- Not transport prohibited items or engage in illegal activities
- Pay for any damages caused to the aircraft or property
8. Operator Relationship
GrabJet acts as an intermediary between users and aircraft operators. All flights are operated by independent, third-party certified operators who hold appropriate licenses and insurance.
While we verify operator credentials and maintain quality standards, the operator is solely responsible for aircraft operation, maintenance, crew, and flight safety. Your contract for air transportation is directly with the operator.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GrabJet is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by operators, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during flights
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Operators carry liability insurance as required by law. Claims for flight-related incidents should be directed to the operator.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the GrabJet platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is owned by GrabJet or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with GrabJet:
- Contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of GrabJet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
